Welcome to the homepage of Dr. Erick Fredj. The pages you will find here cover many aspects of my professional life. The menu along the left side of the screen will help you in navigating through my pages.

My research area is focusing on developing algorithmic approaches for dynamic simulations as well as modeling tools for studying biological molecules on larger spatial and temporal scales. If you are interested I would encourage you to check out my research interests section where you will find (nontechnical) overviews of the research projects I am involved in and details about many of the technical papers I have published.
